RETURN CONDITIONS

Due to the nature of beauty and cosmetic products, all returned items must meet the following conditions:

Unopened, unused, and in original packaging
Seals, hygiene stickers, and protective films must remain intact
Items must be in resaleable condition

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive another item, you may return your order for a refund and place a new order separately.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Any item that has been opened, swatched, tested, or used

  • Products with broken hygiene seals or missing packaging

  • Skincare or cosmetic items that show signs of handling

  • Items returned past the 14-day period

  • Final sale items (clearly marked on the product page)

  • Items sent back without prior approval from customer support

Any product returned worn, used, or damaged — without prior disclosure — will be rejected, with the return voided.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Our team will assess the situation and provide the best possible solution — either a replacement or a refund, depending on availability.


RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Costs vary depending on your courier and country of return.

Please note:

  • We do not cover customs fees, duties, or import taxes for returned parcels.

  • You must keep your proof of shipment and tracking number until your return is fully processed.

  • We cannot assist with return issues if no tracking or proof of shipment is provided.


REFUNDS

RETURN PROCESSING TIME

Once you notify us of your intention to return a product, our team will begin processing your request.

Tracking information will show when your package is delivered — the 10-day processing window begins from that date.
