Shipping
At Veranzo, all orders are shipped using secure, trackable delivery services. Shipping costs and free-shipping thresholds depend on your region and will be shown at checkout. No discount code is required — free shipping is automatically applied when your order qualifies.
Please note that import duties, taxes, or customs fees are not included in our item prices or shipping costs. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and vary by region. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order if you have concerns about additional fees.
Certain remote or hard-to-reach locations may require a remote area surcharge. This fee will appear at checkout after entering your shipping address. If your order qualifies for free shipping, the remote area surcharge may still apply.
Once an order is placed, cancellations or modifications are not possible, as we begin processing immediately. We aim to process most orders within 1–3 business days, though processing times may increase during busy periods, holidays, or promotion events.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email, and your package will begin its journey to you. Please note that all delivery times below are estimated, and some orders may experience additional delays due to courier volume, customs processing, or unexpected logistical conditions.

Tracking Your Order
Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and tracking link. Please allow up to 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch, as international carriers sometimes take extra time to scan parcels into their systems.
Promotional Periods
During major promotions, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing and shipping times may be extended. Rest assured that our team works diligently to ship your order as quickly as possible.
We process orders Monday to Friday, excluding public/bank holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing the following business day.
